Enjoy Bay Breezes and sunset views from our front porch of this newly renovated cottage that boasts both views and an easy ability to walk to town to shop, dine or visit our state-of-the-art library. If you are looking for a furnished longer rental, you will love the comfort of this cottage. It accommodates a crowd and is so comfortable. Walk to the bay each morning. Stare at the sunsets along the Bay from the front porch swing. We tried to think about everything you might need while you are here.
We have a large fenced back yard, if you have a dog, and yes, we do accept dogs (not cats). The house has a great grill in the back yard also. We are working on the front yard landscaping to include a white rock parking spot and paver walkway.
This house includes all utilities in this great rate and state of the art wifi and internet and TV connectivity and quality. Filtered water, too.
We also have the 2best TV entertainment all including superfast Prime Plus Internet, Prime TV with TiVo DVR service for to watch exactly what you want, when you want. We have all the premium channels.
