2026 Beach Service is included in our home away from home! What is this you ask? 2 beach chaises (high-end restoration type hardware + umbrella) set up for you each day included with all our rentals from March-October.

Our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo (sleeps 8) and is beautifully situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico and boasts THE absolute BEST views of the Gulf of Mexico plus views of the Mobile Bay, Oyster Bay and Little Lagoon from every window.

Press the elevator button and your toes are in blissful, white, soft, fluffy, fine, quartz sand. Then, when it's time to head up for the night from the surf and sand, you can watch the sun set from one of two balconies with unmatched and most importantly completely unobstructed views of 4 bodies of water. It is just magnificent. Only 4 western corner units boast these unobstructed and sweeping views in our building. What’s really important for balcony viewing is also the furniture on that balcony, and ours is all state of the art and super comfortable. 

Gulf front pools (both indoor and out), a gulf front fitness center and a dedicated grilling area, round out the amenities. Our building is low-density as well boasting only 3 units per floor.

80% of our renters return -- which says it all. I am constantly updating our top-of-the-line furnishings and our mattresses – to make your stay incredibly comfortable. We have our unit packed with things that will save you money while you are here too -- from extra beach chairs, to towels, to spices and cleaners under the sink. We live close-by and use it, so it truly is our second home. Hooks where you need them. Many board games, puzzles and kids things, too. We have an airfryer, dedicated filtered water at the sink, and both types of coffee makers.

This unit was recently professionally photographed for inclusion in a national travel magazine and boasts views that only the west-end penthouse and 2 other units in this building have.

Please note that during select timeframes, this unit has a minimum number of dates required. 

3 bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably.: 2 bedrooms have king sized beds, one bedroom has full sized twin bed bunks, the lower bunks are premium mattresses and super comfortable. When I have a girlfriends weekend at the beach, they fight over these beds. We also have box fans for white noise if you need it.

The Master Bedroom is directly on the gulf and sliders to the balcony and Gulf. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV's. Palatial master bath with top of the line fixtures, California Closet, soaking tub and separate shower area. Huge Walk in Closets. Separate laundry room with full sized Speed Queen washer and dryer. Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen fit for a chef.
