Situated a quick walk from the Rock Creek golf course and clubhouse, this patio villa has a beautiful vista from it's huge front porch and great space and layout. While it is designed as a 2BR, the 3rd bedroom is currently used as a den, and opens to another side patio which has a small fencing around it.
The owner of this home, loves her garden and yard, and is an interior designer who likes function. Living here half the year, this home is available for monthly rental only (per CCR's of the subdivision). The garage has one small step up and the masterbath has a walk in shower which is completely handicapped accessible.
The mastersuite has his/her sinks, a ginormous walk in closet and a separate water closet. There is also a little alcove which can be used as a separate office or a space to read a book.
Formal Dining Room, and a formal living room has been converted to more usable space as an office.
